Founded in March 2010, Shandong Zhongtai Explosion-Proof Motor Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and service of motors. It has two production bases located in Rongcheng Industrial Park and Yinzi Industrial Park of Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, covering a total factory area of 30,000 square meters. With 270 employees, the company has an annual output of 4 million kilowatts of various types of motors.
Equipped with an efficient and outstanding management team as well as a first-class technical R&D team, the company has established sound cooperative relations with institutions including Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute and Nanyang Explosion-Proof Motor Research Institute. It owns R&D platforms such as Shandong Provincial Industrial Design Center and Shandong Provincial Digital Economy Innovation Center, jointly developing high-tech motor products featuring high efficiency, environmental-friendliness and energy conservation. Its main products have obtained certifications including the National Explosion-Proof Certificate, Mine Product Safety Mark Certificate and Energy Efficiency Label Certificate.
The company is furnished with domestic first-class production and testing equipment, including special CNC lathes for motor frames, special milling machines for motor keyways, special intelligent milling-drilling-tapping machines for motor frames and CNC cylindrical grinders, ensuring the machining accuracy and quality of key motor components. A 6,000kW high and low voltage motor test center has been built, capable of completing all type tests and factory tests for high and low voltage motors with rated voltage ranging from 100V to 13kV. It provides customers with high-efficiency, eco-friendly, low-vibration and low-noise products in a verifiable manner.
The company has successively obtained international management system certifications including ISO9001 (Quality Management System), ISO14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), as well as product certifications such as CCC, CQC, High-Efficiency Energy Conservation Certification, EU CE Export Certification and EU ATEX Explosion-Proof Certification. It has also been honored with titles including National "Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and Innovative" Little Giant Enterprise, Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise, Shandong Provincial High-Tech Enterprise, Shandong Provincial Gazelle Enterprise, Shandong Provincial "Quality Benchmark" Enterprise and Shandong Provincial High-End Brand Cultivation Enterprise.
Adhering to the philosophy of "Producing the current generation, developing the next generation and reserving the generation after next", the company's newly R&D and designed WZE series new-type motors, which reach the advanced domestic level, have obtained 33 patents including 9 invention patents, 22 utility model patents and 2 design patents. The company has also participated in formulating 4 national standards, 1 industry standard and 3 group standards. The project "R&D of High-Voltage and High-Power Oil-Immersed Motors for Underwater Operation Robots Below 3,000 Meters" has broken foreign technical barriers, filled the domestic gap, and won the 2024 Shandong Provincial Technological Innovation Project award. Following the product strategy featuring "specialization, precision and sophistication", the company is expanding into high-end, high-efficiency and high-value-added motors such as variable frequency stepping motors, servo motors, power new energy motors, high-efficiency permanent magnet motors and magnetic suspension motors.
