YBBP series flameproof frequency converter 3-phase induction motors is designed and developed by our company on the basis of YBX3 series.

Main Feature and standards compliance: 

        According to GB3836.1-2010《Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment-General requirements》and GB3836.2-2010《Explosive atmospheres – Part 2:Equipment protection by flameproof enclosures “d”》this series is made into explosion-proof type.

This series motor is suitable for the equipment in the place where explosive gas mixture exists. It forms a mechatronics system with frequency converter. The system can operate at constant torque and constant power in a wide range. It is an AC frequency converter explosion-proof motor special for power supply of frequency converter.

Application range and operating environment:

        YBBP series flameproof frequency converter 3-phase induction motors, explosion-proof mark: Ex d II B T4 Gb, Ex d I Mb. Ex d IIB T4 Gb is applicable to the environment where explosive gas mixture exists in plant class II A and II B with temperature groups of T1, T2, T3 and T4; Ex d I Mb is applicable to the places with explosive gas mixture in underground Coal Mine.
