YAKK、YAKS series (Increased safety type) high voltage 3-phase induction motors has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, safe and reliable operation and convenient installation and maintenance.

 H355-710, Power:220-4500kW, Protection Degree: IP44、IP54、IP55, Insulation Class: F, Cooling method: Code IC611, Ambient Temperature of -15℃~+40℃, Altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level。The performance parameters and installation dimensions of the motors are the same as those of YKK and YKS series of the same voltage.

Main Feature and standards compliance: 

The basic installation type of YAKS、YAKK series motors is horizontal IMB3. The motors are of box structure and welded with steel plates. They are light in weight and have good rigidity. Enclosed air-air cooler (YAKK) or air-water cooler (YAKS) shall be installed at the top of the motor. The temperature rise of the stator windings is assessed according to Grade F insulation material, and the process of vacuum pressure dip paint (VPI) is adopted. The protection class of the main junction box is IP54 (or IP55). The insulation of the connection terminals is high voltage insulated. The electrical clearance and creepage distance are in accordance with GB3836.3-2000.

Application range and operating environment:

  This series of motors can be used to drive all kinds of general machinery, such as compressor, water pump, crusher, cutting machine, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment, in mining, mechanical industry, petrochemical industry, power plant and other industrial and mining enterprises with combustible gas in the presence of explosive dangerous places used as prime mover.
